Hotel Limketkai also known as Limketkai World Class ) are skyscrapers and twin towers embedded as a hotel. These staircase-like skyscrapers are under corporates of Limketkai Sons, Inc.-one of the high earner company in Mindanao.[1] These buildings are towers over its streets in Limketkai drive in Cagayan de Oro City[2]. Each skyscrapers soars above the city with different heights. The Towers 2 and 3 are the Hotel Limketkai which will be completed on 2013 as the tallest building in Mindanao.

Site

The hotel will be located along C.M. Recto Avenue near the bottling plant of Coca-Cola in Cagayan de Oro and across Mindanao University of Science and Technology. To its north-east is Market City where SM's SaveMore and the East Bound Bus Terminal are located. West to it is the Gaisano City Mall and a business complex by Ayala Corporation which is also under construction.

Features

Each building has its different heights. The two identical buildings are the Hotel Limketkai. They soar above the city of Cagayan de Oro as the tallest hotel in Mindanao. These three towers are bridging connecting them via third floor. Although, Gozar Planners Phils. Inc. is planned as staircase-like buildings. The two hotels have three elevators each, while office space building features escalators.

The two identical limketkai hotels have different height, nevertheless. They raise 224ft. (m) tower 2 and 523 ft. (m) tower 3 Limketkai Hotel that attach the largest mall in Mindanao, Limketkai Center via third floor.

Hotel Limketkai Tower 1

Has 19- story engineering a capacity of 100 rooms and 2 restaurants. The hotel houses some amenities include a private spa and health club.[3] These hotel buildings were proposed to be a twin tower hotel.[4] However, it was repealed by the architect conclusion that it is more aggressive to be as on-level towers. Hotel Limketkai Tower 2
